I can’t believe it has almost been a week since I have posted! Ahh — it has just been crazy with school so I haven’t had a chance to take the time to write a good post. Anyway, I have the time now so I am going to share a delicious nut butter recipe with you all. This is seriously the best nut butter I have ever made and was so excited when I tried it 🙂
*Cinnamon Mixed Nut Butter*
- 2 cups mixed nuts (I used cashews, peanuts, and walnuts)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Dump nuts in food processor and whirl until super creamy. You will probably need to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl to get everything smooth.
- Add cinnamon and pulse until combined.
- Transfer to a container and enjoy!
